Automatic Bagging System

The CONCETTI GROUP is dedicated to the complete production of turn-key composed of weighing, bagging, palletising and end of line (wrappers and stretch-hood machines).

The CONCETTI GROUP equipment sand systems can be divided in following categories

Weighing Systems

IGF^TM

Large size bagging systems (2-50 kg)
Production up to 1500 bags/h.

IMF^TM

Medium size bagging systems (2-25 kg)
Production up to 1800 bags/h.

IPF^TM

Small size bagging systems (1-25 kg)
Production up to 2000 bags/h.

FFS^TM

Bagging system that forms, fills and seals bags from a reel of tubular thermoplastics material.
Production up to 2000 bags/h.

IGF + FFS^TM

A combined system as well FFS for the filling of bags from a tubular reel + IGF for the filling of pre-made bags.
Production up to 1200 bags/h.

CAROUSEL^TM

A Six station carousel systems.
Production up to 1200 bags/h.

Palletisers

Push Type Palletisers

These are machines designed to palletize full and stable bags with a well-defined shape.
The operating cycle of this machine has three basic phases: Formation of the bag rows, their grouping to form a layer, and the loading of the layer on the pallet being formed.

Robot Palletisers
They feature a pincer that picks up one bag at a time from a time from the service roller conveyor and places it at a point assigned by the program.

Protection Systems for the Full Pallet

Pallet wrapping : The wrapping machines allow to wrap the full pallet with stretch film in order to facilitate their transport.
Pallet Covering with a film hood : It ia a effect by inserting the full pallet in a piece of a tubular reel, sealed on the upper edge.
